People Groups are small groups of 10 or less people that have a common interest. They are all structured around Jesus Christ and focused on reinforcing the mission/vision of TPPC. Groups are held for 8 weeks two times every year; Spring and Fall semesters. Group members are not required to be a partner at The People Place Church.Everyone can join a group and anyone that meets the required criteria can be trained to host a group. However, those that are not partners, MUST be referred by someone who is a partner before becoming a part of a group.

Spring Semester Starts April 1st

This Group will be discussing Biblical Pursuit and the Biblically Pursued with a focus on Friendship, Courtship and Marriage.

Group Meetings:

When: Fridays 6:30pm(CST)

Where: In-person (Address will be shared with the group)

Group Requirements:

This group is only for single males and single females.

This group is designed for couples looking to strengthen their connection and improve their marriage to reflect God's intended design.

Group Meetings:

When: Sundays 4-5pm(CST)

Where: In-person (Address will be shared with the group)

You see “God First” in their instagram bio, but what does that mean? We’ll get together with all middle/high schoolers to discuss what it really looks like to put God first in every aspect of our lives and talk about the different ups and downs that come with this lifestyle. We will conclude our semester with an in-person fellowship.

Group is based on the “Managing Your Emotions” 90 day devotional by Joyce Meyer. The group will focus on understanding, assessing, & managing your emotions with practical tools to manage them.

When: Mondays 6:30pm(CST)

Group Requirements:

Journal/ Notebook
Bible

This group will watch assigned faith-based movies or documentaries individually, then come together to discuss the themes and lessons portrayed in them over coffee.
